The Thousand Valley Hills
The land east of the Kingdom of Goldenshield has known peace for the thirteenth year in a row. Families and
communities stake their claim and spread through out the beautiful territory. Halls of stone and gold decorate the
hill tops, with villages, temples, churches, and shrines filling up the valleys. A bold people build a strong nation
and spread through the Thousand Valley Hills. The King of Goldenshield has his bravest knights deliver to them
a charter that not only grants them ownership of the land on which they dwell, but also pledges his national econimic and
military aid against all enemies.
Here PCs can roll up characters and pick backgrounds. Whether they
need urban settings or wilderness settings, or whether they prefer magic or swords this land will be able to provide any
and all races and classes. Whatever they desire, they'll have everything they'll need to create characters and
character backgrounds. Once they have a party and are ready to go, everyone will receive a summons: travel east
to Rockcliff Castle if you wish for fortune, glory, or just want to have a little adventure. A Proclamation from the King of RockCliff Castle
appears through out the land.
A Proclamation by the King.
Concerning the mapping of the Untravelled Lands North of RockCliff Castle.
Whereas it has come to the attention of His Most Royal Majesty that news last winter of the fall of Woodland
Hills Bastion did not arrive until well after the city had been abandoned for nearly a year, and that no army could
have reached that place in less than three years, the King of RockCliff has issued this decree:
Any able bodied person who not only finds a route through the Endless Forest, but is also able to map it for
the means of making roads for quick transport of military arms and men shall both earn honor from the King and great
reward. All supplies shall be fully funded, along with an advanced payment of 500 gp to help fund the journey.
All inquiries show up promptly in three weeks in the morning at RockCliff's House of Commons.
